The Nemesis is ambidextrous, making it perfect for left and right handed foam warriors.
The Nemesis comes in two colors: Team Red and Team Blue. Both have a sophisticated and tactical look.
This blaster isPowered by six D cell batteriesbut it can be upgraded with a rechargeable lipo battery, increasing its performance. Speaking of.

The blaster itself is easy and intuitive to use. To reload, lift the window at the top of the hopper and pour a handful of rounds into the blaster. You'll be up and running again in seconds.
The Nemesis has a small drawback that is common to blasters with funnel-fed blasters. Sometimes the balls get stuck and you have to shake the gun a bit to get the rounds going.
As a light, medium-sized blaster, it is extremely easy to handle. It's just as good for shooting as it is for spraying.

2. Nerf-Rival persas MXIX-5000
The fastest firing Nerf Rival blaster
Named after the Greek titan of destruction and peace, theNerf-Rival persas MXIX-5000it is the fastest firing blaster in the Rival series.
This blaster is lightweight, compact, and packs a decent punch. He's like a little kitty with sharp claws and a terrible attitude.
perse functions
The Perses is a battery powered flywheel blaster.. It has a unique and compact hopper thatIt can hold up to 50 high-impact opponent rounds. However, the funnel also means that you cannot fire this weapon in reverse. The matrix is not turned over or hung upside down in trees.
One feature that I really appreciate about this blaster is the included rechargeable NiMH battery. I really don't like buying batteries and I wish all Nerf guns would go that way.
It comes in two colors (Team Red and Team Blue), has a trigger safety, two sling mounts, and a very short Rival tactical rail under the barrel.
The blaster can also be operated with both hands, so lefties can enjoy this little monster too.
persian performance
Let's start with dessert. Perses' biggest advantage is his firing speed. He can fire an insane eight rounds per second! That meansA hopper full of 50 cartridges can be emptied in about 6 seconds.
This can be a bit of a disadvantage if you have a lucky trigger finger or want to fire slow, controlled rounds. This is not an accurate one shot blaster.
the Persiansfires rounds at about 90 feet per second, but with a fully charged battery you can easily hit 100 fps.It also has an average range of around 100 feet.. Overall, the range and power are what you would expect from most Rival blasters.
Like the other funnel launchers in the Rival series, the Perses is quick and easy to reload. He just opens the huge hopper window and throws in a handful of balls.
This brings us to the only real downside to Perses. They made the funnel window a bit too big in my opinion, and if you tilt the blaster to the side while reloading, you'll throw your load across the floor. But as long as you are aware of this error, it shouldn't be a big problem.
The blaster is light and compact. It fits perfectly on your shoulder (even if you are a taller person like me).
Who should buy rival Perses?
If running and gunning is your style, the Nerf Rival Perses will fit you like a glove. The speed at which this thing fires will not only put a smile on your face, but it will also hit you emotionally. You might even shed a tear. Hands down the most fun blaster on this list!

3. Nerf Rival Prometeo MXVIII-20K
Nerf Rival Blaster with the most ammo
HeNerf Rival Prometeo MXVIII-20KIt claims its name from the Greek god who brought fire to mankind. It's one of the most over-the-top, over-the-top blasters out there, and so utterly ridiculous that its creator probably belongs in an institution, if he's not already in one.
It also topped our list ofbest machines nerf guns!
Prometheus Features
The Prometheus is fully automatic, battery powered flywheel war machine.
Like the Nemesis (the best overall blaster on this list), the Prometheus has a massive funnel that holds a staggering 200 high-impact Rival rounds. That's right, it's her.Nerf gun with the most ammo!
But that is not all. One of my favorite features of this Nerf gun is the included rechargeable NiMH battery. The money you save on battery purchases will pay for itself on this blaster in no time.
It only comes in one color scheme (Phantom Corps White) and is an absolutely gorgeous blaster. I mean, it doesn't get any better than that.
prometheus performance
The Prometheus is intense.Fires eight rounds per second., making it one of the fastest firing blasters in the Rival series, just behind the Perses.
In terms of speed and range, it's pretty average. can launch roundsbetween 90 and 100 feet per second and has an average range of around 100 feet.
You couldn't ask for an easier Nerf gun to reload. Just open the hatch on top of the blaster and drop a handful of bullets into the hopper. If you have a few refill cartridges ready, you can fully charge them in seconds.
In terms of size and handling, the thing is heavy and bulky. However, the position of the trigger lever and front grip make for a comfortable experience regardless of size. It comes with a large shoulder strap, so you have to carry it by hand.
There are really only two minor drawbacks to the Prometheus. The first is the price. This thing is expensive, averaging around $200 USD. Other than that, you will definitely get your money's worth.
Second, due to the hopper feed, the balls can sometimes get stuck in the feed opening. You will need to shake the gun a bit from time to time to avoid feeding problems.
Who should buy Rival Prometheus?
If you want something truly unique that will leave a little brown stain on your opponent's underwear, the Prometheus won't let you down. He is the most expensive Rival blaster, but you do get a lot of guns for the money.

4. Nerf-Rival Kronos XVII-3000
The best Nerf Rival gun
The name of Cronus, father of Zeus and the first Greek Titan toNerf-Rival Kronos XVII-3000. The Kronos is a slim little blaster, but it packs a big punch.
This is my favorite little handheld blaster. It feels fantastic in your hands (even big ones like mine) and even outperforms ours.List of the best Nerf guns. Spoiler alert, I rated it 8.7 out of 10!
Kronos Features
The rival Kronos is aspring loaded hand blasterwhich is primed with a slider on top of the gun (similar to a real gun).
It has a rather small ammo capacity, only holding five Rival Rounds in its internal magazine. However, in my tests, I was able to get six rounds in with no feeding issues.
The Kronos is ambidextrous, with the exception of the safety, which can only be accessed by right-handers.
A fan favorite, this blaster has a ton of unique color schemes – seven at the time of writing. My favorites are Team Red, Team Blue, Phantom Corps (white), and the Deadpool theme.
It also has a sling mount on the bottom of the grip and three small tactical rails: one under the barrel and two on top.
Kronos Performance
After thoroughly testing the Kronos, I found itit has an average range of about 83 feet and an average rate of fire of 90 fps. This is on the lower end of the Rival blasters.
The rate of fire on this blaster depends on the user, but in my testing I was able to fire all five rounds in four seconds, which is about1.25 rounds per second.
The Kronos is light and feels great. It's a bit bigger than a traditional pistol, but maneuverable for a Nerf blaster.
It is also very easy to load. Simply pull back the slide, open the loading port, and load cartridges into it. The only real complaint I have with the Kronos is that you can't reload it without firing a round. As such, it's best to leave this blaster unloaded when not in use to prevent spring wear. Plus, it's a solid blaster.
Who should buy the rival Kronos?
Overall, the Rival Kronos is the closest thing to the perfect Nerf gun! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a powerful, blunt sidearm. It's also a cheap entry into the Rival series! If you're looking for something smaller, check out our listing as well.smaller nerf guns. He even has a rival blaster.

6. Nerf Rival Roundhouse XX-1500
Bester Budget Nerf Rival Blaster
Making the list of the cheapest Rival Nerf blasters is theEngine house XX-1500.
It's also one of the few Rival blasters not named after a Greek god, but don't let that fool you. This monster revolver kicks harder than a Chuck Norris Roundhouse!
round house functions
The Roundhouse is a spring-loaded blaster that is primed with a short slide at the top rear of the weapon.(similar to a gun).
This blaster uses a unique ammunition system that resembles a rotating turret or turret.
It has five internal magazines, each holding three Rival Rounds.and features a rotating loading system that rotates and takes ammunition from each successive chamber.
The Roundhouse is fully ambidextrous and can be slam fired, allowing you to spit out rounds by holding the trigger and priming the weapon. It also has two tactical rails on top.
Now for the disappointment. You can only get this Nerf gun in one color: Team Red. Sorry, Team Blue fans.
Roundhouse-Leistung
The Roundhouse's performance is pretty average for a Rival blaster. It can fire rounds at around 85 feet per second and has a range of around 90 feet.
The rate of fire is completely up to the user, but it's very similar to the Kronos and I was able to shoot andFires around 1.5 rounds per second. But your mileage may vary.
Loading this blaster is a bit strange. To load, pull back on the loader door to reveal five separate loader windows. You can fit up to three rounds into each door, close the magazine door, and you're ready for war!
This brings us to the biggest drawback of this blaster. It is quite complicated and slow to reload. Rotating the blaster while loading five separate magazines is a bit tedious.
Who should buy the Rival Roundhouse?
Overall, the Nerf Rival Roundhouse is a unique and well-received blaster. It's ideal for those who want a reliable sidearm but want a bit more ammo than other similar pistol blasters, like the five-shot Kronos.

Nerf-Rivale vs Dart-Blaster
Foam darts and discs have been the bread and butter of the Nerf gun world for years. With the release of the Rival series in 2015, finding the best blaster just got a bit trickier.
So what's the difference between Nerf Rival and conventional dart blasters?
ammo type
The first and most important difference is the type of ammunition. Nerf Rival uses their trademark High-Impact Rival Rounds, which are essentially small foam balls. These balls are quite impressive and brilliantly designed for three reasons.
First, they have pores in their surface that reduce friction and increase aerodynamics by creating turbulent air around the ball. This makes Rival Rounds more accurate and allows them to travel significantly longer distances. You may notice that the same "porous" technology is used in golf balls.
Second, they are heavy and dense enough to travel long distances and pack a punch. But not so heavy that they are dangerous.
Third, you can use your shape to perform cool aerodynamic feats, like e.g. B. spin the ball and hit curvy shots, like the Rival Curve Shot Sideswipe (the last weapon on this list).
If you want more information on this great type of ammo and where to buy the best replacement ammo, be sure to check out mine.Full review of Rival Ammo here.
ammo capacity
Since Rival uses spherical ammo, they can fit a lot more ammo into their blasters. Unlike darts, you don't need to charge the balls in a specific direction. This also makes loading Rival blasters faster and easier.
performance
while there are somepowerful dart launcherin the market,Rival usually outperforms in speed (fps), accuracy, and range.
The average Nerf dart gun shoots at around 70 fps. Competition averages at around 100 fps.
This is due to the type of ammunition and the general high-powered nature of the blaster. Rival is designed as a more powerful alternative to dart blasters and is intended for the older population (14+).
divine names
Nerf has a unique and impressive naming scheme for all the blasters in the Rival series.
Each weapon is named after a Greek titan, god or goddess. How much colder can Rival get?
Frequently asked questions
Do Nerf Rival guns hurt?
Nerf Rival can do damagea bit, especially when hit at close range or hit directly on sensitive areas or skin. However, Rival leaves no bruises and the sting disappears in seconds. It is about twice as painful as a traditional dart.
Why Nerf Rival 14+?
Rival Blasters are high powered weapons that typically fire at 100 fps. As such, they are not children's toys and are intended more for older nerfers.
How many Nerf Rival guns are there?
As of 2023, there are 38 Rival blasters released on the market, with more being added every year. There are also four sub-series with unique color schemes: Camo Series, Curve Shot, Edge Series, and Phantom Series.
final thoughts
There you have it, the best Rival Nerf guns to buy in 2023! Every one of the Nerf guns on this list is a merciless blaster and will have your opponents screaming for their momma.
Nerf Rival is by far my favorite line of Nerf guns. If they are allowed in yournerf gun game, they will probably be the best option. They are absurdly accurate, powerful and consistent.
But most of all, they put a nice smile on your face.
Thanks for reading and happy nerfing!
